SEPARATE by COLOR: Wash dark and light items separately to prevent color transfer.

DRY WITH CARE: Air dry flat in the shade. Avoid dryers, direct sunlight, and twisting to maintain shape and softness.

Shipping Schedule:

- Monday–Friday: Payments made by 14:00 PM will be processed the same day. Payments made after 14:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

- Saturday: Payments made by 12:00 PM will be processed the same day. Payments made after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

- Sunday/Public Holidays/National Holidays: Customer service and shipping are closed.

Product Return Policy:

- Customers must contact customer service first to request a return before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior confirmation from customer service will not be processed.

- Return process takes approximately 3-7 days after the item is received at the warehouse.

- Complaints must be made within 24 hours after the item is received.

- The item must not have been used or washed.
